PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Skylinx Travel. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with a booking.

1. Our Role as a Travel Agent

Skylinx Travel acts solely as a travel agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

  1. Airlines
  2. Hotels
  3. Tour operators
  4. Transfer and ancillary service providers
  5. We do not own, operate, or control these services.
  6. Your contract for travel services is directly with the relevant supplier, and their terms and conditions will apply.

2. Package Travel Regulations

In certain limited cases, a booking may qualify as a Package Holiday under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.Where this applies, Skylinx Travel will comply with its obligations under the Regulations. Where a booking does not constitute a package, we act only as an agent and accept no responsibility for the performance of the travel services.

3. Making a Booking

  • By making a booking, the lead passenger confirms that:
  • They have read and accepted these Terms
  • They have authority to act on behalf of all passengers
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • All passengers meet airline and supplier age requirements
  • They accept financial responsibility for the booking
  • All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the supplier.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to availability and not guaranteed until ticketed
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking
  • Balance payments must be made by the stated due date
  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation and charges up to 100% of the booking value
  • Prices may change due to supplier surcharges, fare rules, or currency fluctuations
  • Skylinx Travel is not responsible for cash sent by post or courier.

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • All cancellations, amendments, and refunds are governed by the supplier’s fare rules and conditions.

Please note:

  • Some bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable
  • Cancellation charges may be up to 100%
  • Airline service fees and Skylinx Travel service fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds (where permitted) are processed only after funds are received from the supplier
  • Processing times depend on the supplier and may take several weeks.

6. Schedule Changes & Disruptions

Skylinx Travel is not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes
  • Cancellations or delays
  • Aircraft changes or route changes
  • These matters remain the responsibility of the airline or supplier.

7. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • Passports are valid (typically at least 6 months beyond return date)
  • All visas, transit visas, and entry requirements are met
  • You comply with immigration, customs, and health regulations
  • We accept no liability for denied boarding, refusal of entry, or travel disruption due to documentation issues.

8. Health, Medical & Insurance

You are responsible for:

  • Checking vaccination and health requirements
  • Ensuring fitness to travel
  • Obtaining adequate travel insurance
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, and supplier failure.

9. Special Requests & Reduced Mobility

  • Special requests (including meals, seating, or mobility assistance):
  • Must be requested at the time of booking
  • Are passed to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed
  • Failure to meet a special request does not constitute a breach of contract.

10. Errors & Corrections

We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time. If a significant error occurs, you will be offered the option to:

  • Accept the corrected price, or
  • Cancel the booking for a full refund

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with suppliers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.

12. Limitation of Liability

Where Skylinx Travel acts as an agent, we are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
  • Force majeure events
  • Losses beyond our reasonable control
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
